This personal information is gathered by various means such as correspondence, by telephone, via email, on booking forms [WEBSITE URL]  and from third parties where applicable. The links to the websites are not guaranteed and the privacy policies of the websites linked to are not guaranteed.

The main purpose of our collecting of your personal information is to render our services of a travelling chauffeur to you, make appointments with you and communicate with you about your journey.

We may also use your personal information for secondary uses that are closely related to the primary purpose where you would reasonably be aware of the use and/or disclosure; for example, sending booking confirmation or responding to enquiries.

You can refuse any marketing communication at any time by writing to us.

In general, we don’t ask for sensitive information when we provide our chauffeur services. If sensitive information is provided (e.g. accessibility requirements for booking) it will only be used:

• A secondary purpose which is directly related to the primary purpose.

Where it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify your personal information. Coastal Breeze Tours will not impose any fee for a reasonable access request, but may impose an administrative fee to make a copy of your personal information available. Identification may be needed prior to the release of requested information.
